Sonam Kapoor is one actress in Bollywood who wears her heart on her sleeve and never minces her words. The actress recently opened up about the pay gap between a male and a female actor in the industry.

Stating her opinions on the same, the ‘Neerja’ actress told a news portal that the pay disparity in Bollywood is ridiculous. Sonam added that she stood up to it and lost out on those roles. However, she also added that she has no right to judge anybody. According to her, she is privileged so making difficult choices isn’t really difficult for her.

Sonam is currently in London with her husband Anand Ahuja. She is often seen juggling between India and London for her work and personal commitments. Even though she is away, the actress never misses updating her fans about her whereabouts on social media. Sonam reportedly shot for the movie amidst the second wave of COVID-19 in Scotland. The actress reportedly wore white lenses while shooting for the film because of which she was unable to see and she got to understand the character better.
