Royal Challengers Bangalore batsmen found it hard to get going against Sunrisers Hyderabad bowlers. Except Glenn Maxwell, no other batsman really got going against the might of SRH bowlers and fielders. Rashid Khan, Jason Holder, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and T Natarajan were right on target as RCB set a target of only 150 runs for SRH to chase. Virat Kohli scored 33 off 29, but could not convert his start, falling to Jason Holder, who picked three wickets. Rashid Khan got AB de Villiers for just 1(4) and later dismissed Washington Sundar. Maxwell, however, provided RCB with a good finish, with a score of 59(41). David Warner and Wriddhiman Saha will look to give a decent start in their attempt to chase down the target and earn their first points of IPL 2021.
