After Jaya Bachchan’s speech at Parliament slamming all those defaming the Bollywood film industry, the Maharashtra government has decided to tighten ‘parameter security’ for the Bachchan family. This came after social media trolling and threats the Bachchans received.

A former MLA filed a complaint against Karan Johar with the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). He urged them to investigate the director and the celebrities in his infamous 2019 video. Alleging that Karan was hosting a “drug party”.

Rhea Chakraborty and brother Showik were expected to file their bail application in court today. Buzz around town stated that two separate bail applications were to be filed before the High Court with a plea for urgent hearing so that the matter can be heard as soon as tomorrow.

Around 60 human advocacy groups and more than 2,500 individuals from diverse fields have castigated “News Media of India” for allegedly conducting a misogynistic media trial.

Sources exclusively told Etimes, “Sanjay is doing well, and is expected back home in just a week or 10 days. He wanted to see his twins, who are still in Dubai. They’re attending their classes from there.”
