International singer John Mayer has the sweetest gift for popular South Korean group BLACKPINK’s member Rosé after complimenting her for her cover of his hit song ‘Slow Dancing in a Burning Room’ on the JTBC’s variety show ‘Sea of Hope.’

Today Rosé took to her Instagram account and shared pictures of a pink guitar especially signed by John Mayer. It was also accompanied by a sweet note from the singer that read, “Rosé, I should be thanking you! (So thank you.) -John.”

Full of excitement, Rosé further poured her heart for the humble gesture of Mayer and wrote, “Life is complete.”

She further thanked John Mayer for the surprise and tagged him. Have a look:



Previously, after Rosé had performed ‘Slow Dancing in a Burning Room’ live during the show with SHINee‘s Onew, AKMU’s Lee Suhyun, and Yoon Jong Shin, Mayer had shared his reaction on Twitter.

Reposting the performance on his micro-blogging handle, he tagged the official BLINK account and wrote, “This is gorgeous”.

Speaking about Rose’s achievements, the singer is currently riding on the success of her solo music career. The star’s debut music video ‘On The Ground’, is racking up views on YouTube and has recently crossed the 200 million mark. With this, she became the first Korean female act to achieve 200 million views for a 2021 release.

For now, she is working on new music in LA.
