BTS is winning at the number game and there is just no denying it. The band, that nabbed their third consecutive week at the Number 1 spot on Billboard’s hot 100, also raked in the big bucks for their virtual fan event.

According to reports on online media portals, BTS earned a whopping 80 billion KRW (about $71.6 million USD) during their two-day 2021 MUSTER ‘Sowoozoo’.

A report on Maeil Kyungjae stated that BTS’ two-day MUSTER took in at least 80.0 billion KRW, an estimated revenue based on Big Hit Music’s press statement, that claimed 1.33 million individuals from 195 different countries tuned in to Sowoozoo.

Because a standard MUSTER ticket costs 49,500 KRW (approximately $44.30) and a 4K ticket costs 59,500 KRW (approximately $53.30), ticket sales alone generated between 65.8 billion KRW and 79.1 billion KRW (approximately $59.0 million- $70.9 million).

These numbers were the official numbers released and do not include those who tuned in via illegal and pirated mediums.

The expected revenue totals around 80 billion KRW thanks to the sale of items and various commodities such as the ARMY Bomb.

BTS’ 2021 MUSTER Sowoozoo delivered a number of memorable moments. To thank ARMY for their support and participation, RM, V, Jimin, Jin, J-hope, JungKook and SUGA took to social media to share some cute photos, videos and selfies from the big event. The boys also treated fans to some cool behind-the-scenes clicks.

While fans were waiting for a new album launch, BTS announced a ‘Butter’ CD that will be out on the celebration of ARMY’s birthday. According to the announcement, there will be two versions of the physical release, ‘Peaches’ and ‘Cream’. The CD will also have a new track included in it.
